Deleting your account

To delete your account go to Account settings → Delete account.

Deletion is only possible when:

• You have no active or pending services (cancel or let them expire first).
• No withdrawal request is in progress.
• No unpaid invoice is open.

Any remaining balance that cannot be withdrawn is forfeited, so spend or withdraw it before you confirm. The deletion is permanent and the e-mail address can be used for a new account later.
