WhatsApp notifications and codes
- Open Dashboard → Settings → Profile and enter your WhatsApp number in international format (for example +1 555 123 4567).
- Tick Receive notifications on WhatsApp and save.
- Optionally choose WhatsApp as your two-factor method under Settings → Two-factor authentication.
You will then receive on WhatsApp: new invoices and payment reminders, order activation and expiry notices, ticket replies, and login / verification codes. Messages are sent from the official HostiGuard business number — we never ask for your password on WhatsApp.
To stop the messages, untick the option in your profile or reply STOP. E-mail notifications continue regardless.
