Withdrawing earnings (bank transfer)
Your balance has two parts:
- Earnings — commissions from the referral programme and profits from selling domains on the Domain Market. These are the only amounts that can be withdrawn.
- Topped-up and refunded balance — money you added with a card or any other method, and any amount refunded to your account. This is store credit: it can only be spent on services and is never withdrawable.
Requesting a withdrawal
- Go to Dashboard → Balance → Request withdrawal. The page shows the withdrawable amount and the minimum.
- Enter your bank account details (account holder name, bank name, IBAN / account number, SWIFT / BIC). Bank transfer is the only payout method.
- Submit. A support ticket is opened automatically so you can follow the payout; bank transfers usually arrive within a few business days.
Only one withdrawal request can be in progress at a time. If the Withdraw button is not visible, withdrawals are not enabled for your account.
