Why is my service still pending?

A service shows Pending when the order is paid but the service is not activated yet. Common reasons:

• Manual activation — products such as dedicated servers, GPU servers, CDN, SiteLock, proxies and some SSL types are set up by our team. This usually takes a few hours during business hours.
• Payment not confirmed yet — bank transfers take longer than cards.
• Missing information — for example a CSR for an SSL certificate or a domain that still points elsewhere.

Open My orders to see the order status. If the invoice is paid and the service is still pending after one business day, open a ticket with the order number.
