Two-factor authentication: e-mail OTP, authenticator app or WhatsApp
Two-factor authentication (2FA) asks for a one-time code in addition to your password each time you sign in from a new browser.
Enable it
- Open Dashboard → Settings → Two-factor authentication (direct link).
- Choose a method:
- E-mail OTP — a 6-digit code is e-mailed to your confirmed address on every login. No app needed; make sure your e-mail is confirmed first.
- Authenticator app — scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy or any TOTP app, then enter the code it shows to confirm. Save the recovery codes displayed afterwards in a safe place.
- WhatsApp — the code is sent to the WhatsApp number saved in your profile. Add the number and confirm the opt-in under Settings → Profile first (see WhatsApp notifications).
- Switch 2FA on. From now on each new login asks for the code.
Signing in with 2FA
Enter your e-mail and password as usual, then the code from the chosen method. Codes expire after a few minutes; use Resend if the message did not arrive (check the spam folder for e-mail).
Lost access?
Use a recovery code (authenticator app), or switch the method before you lose the device. If you are locked out, e-mail support (address in the footer) — our team verifies your identity before disabling 2FA.
