Updating your profile and password
Open Dashboard → Account settings.
- Profile — name, company, phone number and e-mail. A new e-mail address receives a confirmation link before it becomes active.
- Password — enter the current password and the new one twice. Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.
- Avatar — upload a square image; it appears in the dashboard header and on tickets.
If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the login page. A reset link is e-mailed to you and stays valid for a limited time.
