1. OVERVIEW

The terms “we”, “us” or “our” shall refer to Hostiguard. The terms “you”, “your”, “User” or “Customer” shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts the Agreement.

2. CONTRACTING ENTITY & MERCHANT DOMICILE

Unless otherwise indicated, your contract is with Hostiguard, which is a business entity established and based in the United Arab Emirates, located at:
122 Al Mustaqbal Street, City Walk, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORIZATIONS

By using this Site or the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the UAE or other applicable jurisdictions.

4. PAYMENT METHODS & CURRENCY

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency).

All transactions are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). Prices shown in USD are for reference purposes and subject to conversion at the time of payment.

5. SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY

As Hostiguard provides digital hosting services, delivery occurs electronically via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The Customer will receive access details at the registered email address.

6. GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Site or Services for any illegal activities, including spamming, hacking, or distributing malware. You must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

7. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account. You agree to keep your Account secure and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Hostiguard be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Services or loss of data.

9. SANCTIONS AND RESTRICTED COUNTRIES

(Hostiguard.com) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
