HostiGuard Mail: your mailbox in the browser

HostiGuard Mail is the webmail for your HostiGuard e-mail. Open email.hostiguard.com and sign in with the full e-mail address and the mailbox password — not the password of your HostiGuard account. It is available in English and Arabic.

Reading and writing

• Folders: Inbox, Starred, Sent, Drafts, Archive, Spam and Trash, plus your own labels in colour.
• Search and quick filters such as unread messages or messages with attachments.
• Reply, forward, format your text and add attachments. Drafts are saved automatically, and Undo send lets you take a message back for a moment after sending.
• Images in messages are hidden to protect your privacy until you choose to show them, and mailing lists show an Unsubscribe option.
• Dark mode, and you can sign in to another mailbox.

Settings

• Change the mailbox password.
• Forwarding, rules, blocked senders and an auto-reply for when you are away.
• Sessions: see where the mailbox is signed in.
• Two-step verification with an authenticator app, with recovery codes in case you lose your phone.

Other ways to read your mail

• In your dashboard: Dashboard → Email, then Open mailbox (Reading e-mail in the browser).
• In Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail or the mail app of your phone, with IMAP/POP3 and SMTP over SSL (Mail client settings).

Forgot the mailbox password? Set a new one from Dashboard → Email in your mailbox list.
