How ordering works

Every purchase follows the same path:

1. Cart — add a domain, hosting plan, SSL, server, mailbox or cloud storage. You can mix several items and choose a billing cycle for each.
2. Checkout — pick a billing address and a payment method, or pay with your balance.
3. Invoice — an invoice is created and marked paid as soon as the payment is confirmed.
4. Activation — most services switch on automatically within seconds. Some products (for example GPU servers or dedicated servers) are prepared by our team and stay Pending for a short time.

Follow every order in Dashboard → My orders; the invoice is under Invoices.
