Chapter 4 — Balance and wallet
4.1 Two kinds of balance
- Store credit — money you add with Add Funds and any refund credited to you. For buying HostiGuard services only; it is never withdrawable and cannot be sent to another account.
- Earnings — referral commissions and domain-sale profits. The only part that can be withdrawn.
4.2 Adding funds
Dashboard → Balance → Add Funds, choose an amount and a payment method (details). The button may be hidden if the option is not enabled for your account.
4.3 Paying with balance
Choose Balance as the payment method at checkout or on an invoice; if the balance does not cover the whole amount, pay the rest with another method.
4.4 Withdrawing earnings
Balance → Request withdrawal, enter your bank details and submit. Bank transfer is the only payout method. One request at a time; a ticket follows the payout (details).
4.5 History
Every top-up, payment, refund, commission and withdrawal is listed with its reference (Transaction history).
