Proxy Service Policy — summary

• Lawful use only — research, price comparison, SEO, ad verification, testing, privacy. You comply with the laws of your country, of the IP’s country and of every site you access.
• Prohibited — fraud, carding, fake accounts, spam, phishing, malware, DDoS, unauthorised access, sanctions evasion, illegal scraping of personal data, illegal content, harassment, piracy, reselling outside the reseller programme.
• Confirmed e-mail and accurate billing address are required; we may request identity or business documents at any time.
• Logs of IP assignment, credential views and connection metadata are kept for at least 90 days.
• Abuse reports are handled through the address given on the policy page.
• IP origin — data-centre partners under written agreements; no botnets or non-consenting devices.
• Sanctioned countries — orders are blocked automatically by billing address.
• Immediate closure — on any suspicion of fraud or violation the service (and possibly the account) is closed at once, without notice, without reasons and without refund.
• You are responsible for everything done with your proxies, including by your clients.
