How to buy extra mailboxes for your e-mail plan

Every professional e-mail plan includes a fixed number of mailboxes. When you need more, you can buy extra mailboxes for the same plan — no upgrade and no new domain needed.

On the website

1. Open Dashboard → E-mail.
2. On your e-mail plan card click Manage mailboxes.
3. Click Buy more mailboxes, choose how many you need and continue.
4. Pay the invoice. The new mailboxes are added to your plan as soon as the payment is confirmed.

In the HostiGuard app

Open Services → your e-mail plan → Mailboxes and tap Buy more mailboxes. The invoice opens inside the app and you can pay it by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or your account balance.

Price and renewal

• The first payment covers only the days left until your plan renews.
• After that, the extra mailboxes renew together with your plan and are included in the same renewal invoice.
• Extra mailboxes are available for professional e-mail plans. Hosting accounts use the mailbox limit of their hosting plan.
