Reseller discounts and levels

Resellers are ranked in levels. The level is calculated from the total of your paid invoices and is shown on the Reseller home card with a progress bar to the next level.

• Each level has its own badge and discount percentage.
• Discounts are applied automatically at checkout, on renewals and through the API.
• The card shows how much more you need to reach the next level.

Levels are reviewed continuously — as soon as a paid invoice pushes you over the threshold, the new level applies.
