How to report abuse

If you believe a HostiGuard service is used for abuse, report it on our Report abuse page (link in the footer, under Support) or e-mail our abuse team.

How to send a good report

1. Choose the abuse type — for example phishing, fraudulent website, spam, network attack or copyright.
2. Enter the exact URL, domain or IP address.
3. Describe what happens and when. Some types ask for extra details: full e-mail headers for spam, the source IP and time for attacks, and the original work for copyright notices.
4. Attach evidence such as screenshots or logs (never attach illegal material — give the URL only).

What happens next

You receive a reference number by e-mail immediately. Our abuse team reviews every report, usually within 24 hours, contacts the customer or suspends the service. Serious cases are suspended immediately. For privacy reasons we cannot always share what action was taken.
