Cloud storage — frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a private and a shared package?expand_more

A private package gives you dedicated space reserved for your account only. A shared package stores your files on a shared pool at a lower price; in both cases only your account can see your files.

How do I upload files?expand_more

From your dashboard → Cloud Storage → Open files: drag & drop files into the browser or click Upload. You can also create folders and rename or delete items.

Is there a file size limit?expand_more

Each package has a maximum size per file (shown on the card); the total is limited by the space you bought. You can upgrade by changing the package.

What happens when the service expires?expand_more

A renewal invoice is created automatically and your files are kept while the service is suspended. They are deleted only when the service is terminated.

Can other people download my files?expand_more

No. Files are not published on the web; downloads go through your logged-in dashboard only.

Can I change the package later?expand_more

Yes. Contact support or open a ticket and we move your service to another package; the space is adjusted immediately.
