How long does it take?

Will my website go down?

No. Your site keeps running at your current host until you point the domain to HostiGuard.

Why do you need my old hosting login?

We use it only to copy your data. It is stored encrypted, visible only to the migration team and deleted when the request is completed or cancelled. We recommend changing that password after the migration.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel a request from your account while it is still waiting.
