Which plan is right for me?
Personal is for your own files, Plus gives more space for a family or a small group, and Team is made for business teams. Every plan includes sharing and the apps, and you can upgrade at any time.
How do I upload files?
Use your dashboard (Cloud Storage → Open files), drive.hostiguard.com in any browser, or the HostiGuard Drive app for Windows, which keeps a folder on your PC in sync. Large files are sent in small parts so they arrive reliably.
Is there a file size limit?
Yes. Each plan has a largest file size (shown on the plan card) and the total is limited by the plan's space. A bigger plan raises both.
What happens when the service expires?
A renewal invoice is created automatically and your files are kept while the service is suspended. They are deleted only when the service is terminated.
Can I share files with people who don't have an account?
Yes. On every plan you can share a file or a folder with a link that anyone can open, or invite a specific e-mail address. You can see what is shared and stop sharing at any time.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade to a bigger plan from your dashboard whenever you need more space. You only pay the difference for the rest of the current period, and your files stay exactly where they are.
Are my files private?
Yes. Your files are stored outside the public part of our servers, transfers use HTTPS, and only the people you share with can open what you share.
Can my team work in the same space?
Yes. Each plan includes a number of users (shown on the plan card), you included. Everyone signs in with their own HostiGuard account. Give each person a role: an Admin sees all files, a Member or a Viewer sees only the folders you choose, and the team activity shows who did what.
