Storage limits and file sizes

Every cloud storage plan sets four limits. The figures of each plan are on the Cloud Storage page, and yours are shown in your dashboard.

  • Total space — shown on the usage bar. When it is full, uploads stop: delete files you no longer need, or upgrade. Items in the Trash do not count, but restoring one needs enough free space.
  • Largest file — the biggest single file you can upload. Big files are sent in parts automatically so they arrive reliably.
  • Users — how many people can work in the space, you included (Team spaces).
  • People sharing — how many people you can share with (Sharing).

Upgrading

Press Upgrade in Dashboard → Cloud Storage. You only pay the difference for the rest of the current period; the new limits apply at once and your files stay exactly where they are.

When the plan ends

A renewal invoice is created automatically. If it is not paid, the service stops but your files are kept; they are deleted only when the service is terminated. Renew on time, or download your files before then.
