Using your HostiGuard account from Claude (HostiGuard Connector)

The HostiGuard Connector links your account to Claude, the AI assistant made by Anthropic. You ask in plain words — "What do I owe?", "Which of my domains expire this month?" — and Claude answers from your own account. The connector is free for HostiGuard customers for now; you use it with your own Claude account. All the details are on the connector page.

Connect in one minute

1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors. Find HostiGuard in the connectors list and press Connect — or choose Add custom connector and paste https://app.hostiguard.com/mcp.
2. You are taken to hostiguard.com. Sign in and choose what Claude may do: view only, or view and manage your services. Press Allow.
3. Back in Claude, ask for example: "Which of my services renew next month?"

What Claude can see

• Your account summary, wallet balance, the amount due, and your invoices with their status.
• Your services, plans and expiry dates; your domains and DNS records.
• Your support tickets and notifications; your e-mail accounts and their space — never the messages.
• HostiGuard Drive: the names of files and folders and the share links — never the contents of your files.

With "Manage your services"

Claude can also open and reply to support tickets, change DNS records, nameservers, auto-renew and the transfer lock, create renewal invoices and, in Drive, create folders, move items to the Trash and back, and create or turn off share links.

What Claude can never do

• Pay, order or accept any terms for you.
• Change your password, e-mail address or two-step verification.
• Delete your account or cancel services.
• See your passwords, keys or card details.

Privacy and control

• You sign in on hostiguard.com, never inside Claude, and Claude only gets a key for the access you approved.
• Every action is logged (date, action, result). You can see the log in Connected apps in your client area.
• Disconnect at any time in Connected apps or in Claude's settings — access stops at once.
• Only the account owner can connect; team members and staff accounts cannot. A fair-use limit applies to the number of requests.
• What the connector returns becomes part of your Claude conversation and is handled under Anthropic's privacy policy. HostiGuard does not use your data to train AI.
