Chapter 1 — Getting started with HostiGuard
Welcome to the HostiGuard client handbook. This chapter takes you from zero to a ready account.
1.1 Create your account
Click Create account, enter your name, e-mail and a strong password. A confirmation e-mail arrives within a minute — click its link. A confirmed e-mail is required to order some services (proxies, for example) and to withdraw earnings.
1.2 Complete your profile
Under Dashboard → Settings → Profile fill in your phone and, if you wish, your WhatsApp number; under Settings → Address add your billing address — it appears on invoices and is used for tax and compliance checks.
1.3 Language and currency
Use the switchers in the top bar. The site is available in English, Arabic and French; prices are shown in the currency you choose and invoices keep the currency used at purchase.
1.4 The dashboard
- Overview — active services, open invoices, recent tickets.
- Services — domains, hosting, e-mail, SSL, servers, cloud, proxies, each with its own manager.
- Invoices & Balance — everything about money.
- Tickets — support conversations.
- Settings — profile, address, payment methods, password, two-factor authentication, sessions.
- Help — this handbook and the knowledge base.
