Free migration to HostiGuard

HostiGuard moves your website from your current host to your HostiGuard hosting for free. Our team copies everything and checks that it works, and your site stays online during the move.

What you need

• An active HostiGuard hosting plan.
• Access to your current hosting control panel (for example cPanel).
• Access to your domain registrar or nameservers.

Request the migration

1. Open Dashboard → Hosting and click Free migration (or go to Migrate to HostiGuard and press Request a free migration).
2. Choose the HostiGuard hosting to move to and enter the domain to migrate.
3. Enter your current provider, the control panel address, username and password.
4. Choose what to migrate — website files, databases, e-mail accounts and DNS records — and send the request.

What happens next

• You get an e-mail when our team starts and when the migration is complete. You can follow the status on the same page.
• When it is complete, point your domain to HostiGuard if you have not done it yet.
• Most sites are moved within 1–3 business days.

Your login details

The password you enter is stored encrypted, is visible only to the migration team and is deleted when the request is completed or cancelled. We recommend changing it after the migration. You can cancel a request while it is still waiting.
