3.1 From cart to active service

  1. Choose a service and plan, pick the billing cycle and add it to the cart.
  2. At checkout select a billing address, a payment method and accept the terms (and the Proxy Service Policy when a proxy is in the cart).
  3. Pay. An invoice is created and marked paid; the service is activated automatically or, for some products, after a short review (Pending activation).

3.2 Payment methods

Cards, PayPal-style wallets, bank transfer and your account balance. Saved cards are managed under Settings → Billing. See Payment methods.

3.3 Invoices

Every order and renewal has an invoice under Dashboard → Invoices: view, download the PDF, pay, or share it with someone who will pay it for you. You can also share a cart before paying.

3.4 Renewals

Enable auto-renew on a service to have it renewed from your balance or default card before expiry; otherwise a renewal invoice is issued and the service expires if unpaid (Renewals).

3.5 Refunds

Refunds follow the refund policy. A refund is credited to your balance as store credit — spendable on services, not withdrawable (Refunds & disputes).
