Signing in with an e-mail code (no password)

Forgot your password, or prefer not to type it? You can sign in with a one-time code sent to the e-mail address of your account.

1. On the sign-in page, choose the Email code tab.
2. Enter your account e-mail address and press Email me a code.
3. Enter the 6-digit code from the e-mail. It works for 5 minutes.

Good to know

• No code? Check your spam or junk folder, then press Send a new code. You can always go back with Use your password instead.
• A code stops working after a few wrong tries; request a new one. Requests are limited to protect your account.
• If two-step verification is on for your account, sign in with your password and your second step as usual (Two-factor authentication).
• Staff accounts always sign in with their password.
• The code is for you only. Never share it with anyone.
